Thank you for choosing our craft events! We are committed to providing a unique and enjoyable crafting experience for all our participants. To maintain the quality and efficiency of our services, we have established the following refund policy:
No Refunds:
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Once you sign up for a class and purchase the materials, we immediately begin preparations specific to your participation. This includes customizing kits and organizing resources to ensure the best experience.
Kit Pickup Option:
If you are unable to attend a class, we offer a flexible solution. With a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled event, you can request a kit for pickup. This way, you can still enjoy the crafting experience at your convenience.
Kit Shipping Option:
Alternatively, if you cannot pick up your kit in person, we can arrange to ship the kit to your home for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange this service, and we will provide you with the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.
Notice for Kit Pickup or Shipping:
To arrange for a kit pickup or shipping, please contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. We will coordinate the details to ensure you receive your materials in a timely manner.
No Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to maintain fairness and consistency for all participants, we must adhere strictly to this policy. No exceptions will be made.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable crafting experience, whether in-person, through pickup, or by having your kit shipped to you.
